Tooling principles
The watchwords of the production process are control, measurement and verification. Each step of the manufacturing process is verified against its specification. Tingverken makes extensive use of CMM measuring against CAD model due to complex geometries of our tools. This principle is an essential condition to ensure the manufacture of precision moulds for both single and multi-cavity tools.
Machinery and equipment
All production takes place in state-of-the-art equipment. The major part of our machinery fleet are integrated in robot-manned production cells, where all processing is ongoing and controlled by the overall order management system around the clock every day of the year.
Tools for a wide range of use and materials
Tingverken makes moulds for multi component injection moulding, elastomers, measuring fixtures, and gauges, as well as peripherals and robotic adaptations for moulding tools or assembly equipment. We develop parts and tools for a wide range of materials, from PP to PEEK.
