Our story
Since 1969, Tingverken has developed injection moulding tools with tolerances close to what can be measured. With deep knowledge about tool design and plastic material properties, we combine top manufacturing technology with the tradition and experience among our staff to deliver low risk through the entire tooling project.
During the 1990s and 2000s, tools and fixtures for high-volume production to the telecom industry in northern Europe was our dominating business case. In recent decades we have changed our business focus, and today multi-cavity tools for small, complex parts to demanding industries is our speciality.
Tingverken became part of the AMB Industri AB Group in January 2012.
Quality
Our own high-quality standards guarantee that our customer’s receive quality of the highest class. Continuous quality checks are carried out during production at all stages of the process, in order to avoid all possible sources of error that carry the risk of errors in the final product.
All measurements of the elements in production are stored and documented electronically linked to the order number, which enables us to obtain full traceability working backwards. All products go through a final delivery inspection, where the end result is checked and documented internally through measurement protocols in electronic format.
The production facilities are of course subject to continuous careful and controlled cleaning, which is an absolute prerequisite when working with precision work with tight tolerances. The production machines and measuring machines are checked and calibrated regularly by accredited inspection bodies.
The moulds we deliver include service and maintenance manuals. We have spare parts management with traceability and full support on modifications, through the moulds’ life time.
